libghc-strptime-prof software package provides Efficient parsing of LocalTime using Cs strptime; profiling libraries, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-strptime-prof
libghc-strptime-prof is installed in your system.
